3D printed in ABS.

PolyLite™ ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is made with a specialty bulk-polymerized ABS resin, which has significantly lower volatile content compared to traditional ABS resins. It delivers excellent printing quality.

After printing we give our parts an acetone vaporisation bath, this gives an ultra smooth finish.

By sandblasting we give the parts a matt finish so printing lines are no longer visible.

TIP: if you wipe the printed parts with a cloth with WD40 you can get a shiny finish.

Baby Capa Split kit contains:

• Slide
• Outer barrel with TDC-screw / TDC-plate
• Guide plug / Guide rod
• AIP high speed loading nozzle
• Magwell

Max 100-110 PSI !!!

The Frame from a 5.1 can be used for this setup. (because 4.3 frames are longer)

Important to remove your hop up wheel and hop up arm if you want to use the TDC-screw on top with the TDC-plate.

If you don’t want to use the TDC-plate  you can leave the hop up arm in and only remove the wheel.( always unscrew before you remove the hop up)

Only use recoil springs up to M90-M110 with short stroke spacers.

We do recommend to use early cut-off design blowback units with this setup.

Only AIP high speed nozzles are recommended for this setup. (we modify these nozzles before use which easliy can be done by anyone, see pictures)

By modifying the nozzle, the nozzle gets stopped by two equal sides instead of one inside the slide.

The slide is specially designed this way to have two stopbloks on the inside.

The outer barrel is a fixed design, this means no wobble. It was designed to line up with the slide by guidebloks.

The inner barrel is fixed and centered inside the outer barrel.

Recommended barrel lenght for the baby capa is PDI 6.01 barrel 91mm.

There are 11 colors to choose from: Black, Dark Blue, Purple, Light Blue, Dark Green, Light Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, Gray and White.

Mention the color of your choice in the comment section.

Please note: installing parts / assemble /fitting airsoft gun will need intermediate knowledge; for expert or airsoft gunsmith. Please refer to your airsoft gunsmith for proper installation / fitting. Fitting may be needed as the condition of each airsoft gun might be different.
